Eight years ago, we approached
Dan Planker about closing in the front porch of our 1920’s bungalow. We
wanted to make the area usable all year long. He rose to the challenge, using
his creativity and skill to create a beautiful addition to our home. There were
many challenges including uneven walls, floors and ceilings. It looks like a
room that has been there all along, and has been a wonderful bonus to our home.
A few years later, we asked Dan
to replace or back deck with a screened-in porch. Once again, he understood what
we had in mind and was able to work with us to develop a lovely improvement to our back entrance, and wonderful area to enjoy
throughout 2/3’s of the year.
The last project that Dan worked
on was just this past fall. We had sustained damage to the master bath following
a storm. The bath was in need of updating, so once again, Dan was able to created
a wonderful bathroom in the time frame he had told us.
The reasons I would and have
recommended Dan to other people who are looking for a contractor are the following:
